AIESEC is truly the only organization that can change your life in ways you never expected. Over the last four years, it has shaped every part of who I am. Standing in front of a global plenary to represent Azerbaijan was a moment of pure pride I’ll never forget. Being able to lead and witness firsthand how we impact the lives of other young people has been a huge honor. It’s an experience I wish every young person could have. But honestly? The best part is the AIESEC spirit. Screaming shots together, dancing roll calls, and laughing until it hurts feel us alive. It’s so much more than just "networking." After a while, you realize you’ve found a family that always supports you, cares for you, and never judges you.

AIESEC, at first, I was scared to join this organization and even canceled my application at the last moment. But after six months, I joined. I couldn’t have imagined how much this place would help me grow and what I would gain here. We all think about finding a place with like-minded people, and sometimes it feels like a utopia. But after joining, I realized that this is exactly that place where Azerbaijani youth can shape themselves both professionally and emotionally. Here, I also understood what impact really means. You can influence someone even with a simple word, and then see how that small seed grows inside them, blossoms, and becomes something big. It’s not necessary for that person to be your friend, you can be just a random person to each other, and still create meaningful impact.

I really liked my experience. I went to Denizli but I also visited different places. Places to visit: Antalya, Izmir, Denizli, Marmaris. The work environment, foreign friends, safe and sincere smiles were worth it. I had a very good relationship with the children, I loved them, they loved me. I went to work lovingly and I taught and had fun. AIEC would help me as much as possible from their hands and ES. In the end, they told me not to forget that there is a home here. Thank you for everything, AIESEC, I really liked it❤️
